Hero Benelux has opted for a collaboration with World of Content. The parties want to optimize the online presentation of Hero products in the Dutch and Belgian market.
"World of Content offers us the opportunity to take the next step within Digital Commerce, from a generic content offering to exclusive content per retailer and personalized consumer content. This is in line with our strategy that has been deployed for Digital Commerce", says Arjan Vuik, E-commerce Manager at Hero.
The collaboration is aimed at improving product information within the existing online sales channels. In addition, both parties have expressed the ambition to test new services. The goal is to serve the consumer better through the use of tailor-made content.
World of Content is proud to be able to help market leader Hero to increase online success.
Hero wants to bring the good of nature within reach to allow consumers, young and old, to enjoy themselves in a healthy way. With just over 4,300 colleagues in 16 countries, we are constantly working on our mission. Together we have the opportunity to contribute to society by providing healthy and responsible food.
World of Content was founded with the aim of increasing online conversion and retention by making product information more dynamic and personal. WoC provides services to both brand manufacturers and retailers. The World of Content platform makes it possible to show consumers personal product information based on gender, age or place of residence. In addition, it is possible to show new information when someone has previously purchased a product. World of Content now represents more than 1000 brands on the digital product board.
